This is one of the best Beginner Cards. This is because Chase has some great transfer partners and you can get some great value out of them and this card has a very attractive annual fee of $95.
Chase has changed the value you get in-portal for the points, but transferring out will still get you great value

These certificates must be used within 1 year and can only be topped off with up to 15,000 points each.
